Did you know that there is an amazing, FREE, outdoor gym facility in Ipswich?

It is located in Brassall’s Sutton Park that is located off Workshops Street near the Soccer grounds.

The facility features loads of equipment types including battle ropes, suspension training, magnetic style kettle bell systems, step up boxes, sit up benches, pull up bars, ropes and walls to climb over, barbell weights and more. Basically everything you need to get a decent workout is here.

There is also great lighting for night workouts and shade cover for those hot sunny days.
